Turkey, which is the world’s top exporter of flour, attracted a big interest from visitors at FCBAI Bakery Fair 2015 which is organized every two years by Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association Inc. (FCBAI) with which Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group (UTG) has realized joint activities under the promotional activities carried out by UTG in the Philippines, and in which UTG has participated for the first time.

Along with Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group, 7 wheat flour exporter firms participated in the fair which was organized between 30 January-1 February 2015 in Manila city of the Philippines and which is recognized as one of the major fairs in the field of bakery in the Philippines.

Top flour exporter Turkey carried out an effective promotional activity. UTG stand was visited by a myriad of firms and buyers from all constituents operating in bakery sector in particularly the Philippines and in the countries surrounding the Philippines.

Furthermore, sand artist Veysel Çelikdemir's sand animation performances using flour and sand drew intense attention.

At UTG stand, various bakery products from Turkish and world cuisines were prepared by Chef Sefa Sabırlı and offered to the visitors.

At the stand, Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group furnished visitors with catalogues containing information on the Promotion Group and the products covered by the Promotion Group, as well as kitchen aprons and bags carrying the name and logo of the Promotion Group.
