Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group (UTG) participated for the first time with an info stand in FI Vietnam 2015 Exhibition held between 20-22 May 2015 in Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam, drawing great interest from visitors.

Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group promoted particularly flour, yeast, starch and other export products included in its field of activity, as well as Turkey’s potential in the exhibition attended by firms from such countries as Australia, China, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.

The exhibition was attended by Mr. Eren Günhan ULUSOY, Member of UTG, and Mr. Özkan AYDIN, General Secretary of the Central Anatolian Exporters Union, as well. At our info stand, Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group furnished visitors with cookbooks in English, containing recipes of sweet and salty bakery products and catalogues introducing the sector, and various baked products were offered to the visitors throughout the exhibition. In addition, kitchen aprons, bags and baker’s sets carrying the name and logo of the Promotion Group were distributed.
