Turkey, which is the world’s top exporter of flour, attracted a big interest from visitors at “Ingredients Middle East 2014 Exhibition” included this year in Gulfood Manufacturing, an organization of Dubai World Trade Centre.

21 firms from Turkey participated under national participation organization in the exhibition held in Dubai city of the United Arab Emirates between 09-11 November 2014, which aims to become one of the major exhibitions in the food ingredients sector.

Top flour exporter Turkey carried out an effective promotional activity. Many firms and buyers operating in food sector in particularly the United Arab Emirates, surrounding Middle Eastern countries and African countries visited the stand of Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group (UTG).

Furthermore, sand artist Veysel Çelikdemir's sand animation performances using flour and sand drew intense attention.

At the Turkish stand, Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group furnished visitors with catalogues containing information on the Promotion Group and the products covered by the Promotion Group, and various baked products were offered to the visitors throughout the exhibition. In addition, kitchen aprons and bags carrying the name and logo of the Promotion Group were distributed.
