Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group participated with an info stand for the second time in Gulfood, one of the world’s most important fairs in the food sector, organized between 08-12 February 2015 in Dubai city of the United Arab Emirates, attracting great interest from the visitors.

Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group promoted particularly flour, yeast starch and other export products covered by its field of activity, as well as the potential of Turkey during the exhibition which hosted participants and visitors from 170 countries.

Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group furnished visitors with cookbooks in English, containing recipes of sweet and salty bakery products and catalogues introducing the sector, and various baked products were offered to the visitors throughout the exhibition. In addition, kitchen aprons, bags and baker’s sets carrying the name and logo of the Promotion Group were distributed. The shows performed by the sand animation artist Mr. Veysel Çelikdemir using flour and sand drew intense attention from the visitors.

The fair was attended by UTG-Members Mr. Kemal ÇAKMAK, Mr. Uğur ÇERÇİ and Mr. İbrahim GÜZEL, and Vice Chairmen Mr. Uğur DURUKAN and Mr. Nihat UYSALLI of the Cereals, Pulses, Oily Seeds and Products Exporters' Union, and our stand was visited by Mr. Mustafa Levent BİLGEN, Turkish Ambassador in Abu Dhabi, Mr. İbrahim ŞENEL, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy, and Mr. Şaban Kaan ÖZDEMİR, Deputy General Director for Exports of the Ministry of Economy, who watched the performance of the sand animation artist Mr. Veysel Çelikdemir.
