Turkey, which is the world’s top exporter of flour, attracted great interest from visitors at ANUFOOD Eurasia 2015 Fair held for the first time this year.
Held in İstanbul between 14-16 May 2015 and supported by ANUGA, the fair was attended by Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group (UTG), as well as by a great number of exporter/producers firms operating in food sector in Turkey.
Apart from Turkey, a total of 212 firms operating in food sector from 28 countries participated in the fair.
At UTG stand, various bakery products from Turkish cuisine were offered to the visitors.
Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group furnished visitors with catalogues containing information on the Promotion Group and the products covered by the Promotion Group, and cookbooks containing recipes of bakery products from Turkish cuisine, as well as kitchen aprons and bags carrying the name and logo of the Promotion Group.
