Food Ingredients Asia 2015 Exhibition organized for 20th time this year in Bangkok city of Thailand between 9-11 September 2015 was attended by more than 15 thousand visitors and around 650 firms operating in food sector from 44 countries including Turkey, China, Japan, Germany, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, USA and Vietnam.

Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group (UTG) participated in the exhibition with an info stand for the first time, promoting particularly flour, yeast, starch and other export products included in its field of activity, as well as Turkey’s export potential for the said products.

Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group furnished visitors with cookbooks in English, containing recipes of sweet and salty bakery products, as well as catalogues introducing the sector. Besides, various baked products were offered to the visitors throughout the exhibition, and kitchen aprons, bags and baker’s sets carrying the name and logo of the Promotion Group were distributed.
