Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group (UTG) drew great interest from visitors at “FI istanbul 2015 Food Ingredients, Solutions, Auxiliary Substances & Additives Fair” which was held for the 3rd time this year and in which UTG participated for the first time.
Held in Istanbul between 13-15 May 2015 at Istanbul Congress Center (ICC), the fair was attended by Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group (UTG), as well as by a great number of exporter/producers firms operating in food sector in Turkey.
Apart from Turkey, approximately 200 firms operating in food sector from many countries participated in the fair.
At UTG stand, various bakery products from Turkish cuisine were offered to the visitors.
Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group furnished visitors with catalogues containing information on the Promotion Group and the products covered by the Promotion Group, and cookbooks containing recipes of bakery products from Turkish cuisine, as well as kitchen aprons and bags carrying the name and logo of the Promotion Group.
