Turkey, which is a world leader among the countries exporting flour, attracted a big interest from visitors at “Fancy Food Show” in which she participated for the first time this year.

The fair held between 30 June-02 July 2013 in New York city of the USA saw participation of 2,400 firms operating in food sector from more than 80 countries.

The world leader Turkey carried out an effective promotional activity. At the Turkish stand, Turkish Flour Yeast and Ingredients Promotion Group furnished visitors with catalogues containing information on the Promotion Group and the products covered by the Promotion Group, as well as cookbooks containing recipes of dishes that can be prepared with the said products, and various baked products were offered to the visitors throughout the fair. In addition, kitchen aprons and briefcases carrying the name and logo of the Promotion Group were distributed.
